Worst experience. Pathetic. Service is worst. I never asked for open box delivery. But shipment was marked as customer asked for open box delivery and was never delivered. Shipment is urgent, also customer care promised that it will be delivered within 24 hours. Not received after 24 hours also. Worst experience. Poor service. Management please look into this.

Pathetic delivery service. They delayed the courier by 4 days saying that they didn’t have a delivery boy. Then after a lot of complaints they finally agreed to deliver, but called us to pick it up from the other end of the city Aligarh even though we paid for home delivery. Very very disappointed with their service. Don’t use them at all!

Not delivered product on time. It's been 2 days over than the expected date of delivery, but they didn't do their job. Their delivery man is saying that his mobile no. has mistakenly send to me, he is not responsible for the delivery. Worst worst experience. Continuously registering complaints with their customer care and they only made fake commitments. Their tracking site shows that i was requested for future delivery, not want delivery right now. Gets very disturb since 2 days and still not get my product.
