When tracking is listed as address not located and customer address with contact number is clearly available. Why there is no communication/contact made to customer?? Just receiving messages that shipment is out for delivery and later address not found. Why no communication / call is made?? Trying to contact the number for scheduling delivery is always busy and not connected. Shame!!
