It's worst service...I was suppose to have my laptop yesterday and delivery person ( Rajan Singh from Lucknow) called me and said he's near by me (1 KM far from my home) but after 10 mins I got another call from him and said sorry but delivery can't be possible today as I have to deliver an important parcel to someone which is far from your location so I'll see if I can deliver by tomorrow... i explained him that I'm waiting for my parcel since last 2 days and it's really important that I can get it by today anyhow because it was my office laptop and due to delay I'll face many problems but they didn't cared about it...
