Hello everybody, I have seen blue dart courier service in Delhi it is very good and fast but I have experienced blue dart courier service in Vikasnagar of Dehradun in 2020-21 it has been of very poor and useless service it is not the fault of blue dart it is because of that It is the fault of the person who has taken the courier service of blue dart, these people show the consignee out of station without visiting the address. This Vikasnagar blue dart courier service people believe that the village is still stupid or to save their conveyance. They keep on trying and they think that whose courier is you, you should come and take it. My experience with them is 4 to 5 times from here I have picked up courier myself but I have never done courier from here just came till now which is very bad experience blue dart gave service in wrong hands I have written this complete sentence in Hindi so that people can understand it quickly. Purposefully delaying and waiting for me to go to the centre, although product has reach near the location. So basically, the product which I didn't paid online (thankfully), it has reached to just 3 Km from the delivery location but they are deliberately updating the status that consignee not available (without even trying to call on the registered number). Screw them, they want me to go to the location and get it. Guess what I am never ordering from this poor service and also would register a compain to the respective company from where I bought the product. And I'm not paying/accepting the order since the last day was today for the delivery.
