The worst delivery service provider of all times. Had worst experience. These guys didn't called in times of delivering my product. And sent my product as RTO without any contacting. The person named YOGESH, who is illiterate, doesn't know how to speak, Ferociously acting with the customers. Even having polite conversation with the senior person, he starts behaving as if he's the one who is running the service here. Never ever talk to these illiterate person who doesn't know how to speak with the customers.

My product reached at Haldwani hub 3 days ago....and they are not delivering it to me. The delivery boy doesnt pick my call. I lodged a complaint at Flipkart about the Haldwani hub and also mailed them to either cancel the contract at Ekart Haldwani or make the services better. I will also file complaint at consumer forum and every other forum which can be helpful.

My first order didn't got received till the date promised (24/Jan/21 ) so flipkart associate requested me to wait for another day which I did but still they didn't deliver me next day too, so i cancelled the product. Now my 2nd order has reached haldwani hub on 28 but it's still not out for delivery on 29 .Hope it will be delivered till tomorrow. Ekart haldwani used to better before but now their level has decreased to the worst quality ever.

This is the worst outlet of ekart. I ordered a product from flipkart on 3rd jan it arrived on 5th jan at ekart. and was out for delivery. I got no calls. Then i thought date given is 6th jan so it will be delivered then, but still no calls from ekart only saying in message out for delivery. Meanwhile i kept calling on the number provided and they said some else delivery boy has your delivery i don't have it. Then on 7th i went to their office and they said the guy is out for your delivery here is his number. I called and he said i can not deliver today i said okay deliver it by tomorrow. Then on night of 7th i get a message from flipkart that refund initiated and on 8th i get a message that your order has been cancelled since delivery person could not reach you. Let me tell you i did not once get a call in 3 days. They have the worst of the worst service. Now the price of my product has hanged since when I ordered it. I hope this ekart facility closes down or someone new and better comes in charge cause this is the worst. Now i can do nothing but wait for prices to drop or go for a different product in lesser price from flipkart. I know these reviews don't matter but I hope they do, everyone reading this should give 1 star and pray that this ekart closes down cause this kind of service is never acceptable, just making the city's name worst.

I ordered Motorola Escape 210 headphones from Flipkart. After some days of ordering, the product received by Ekart Logistics HaldwaniHub & their courier boy call me to collect the product from Ranibagh (Chungi). I go there to collect my product. But he not came there. Plus, their courier boys calls you with random numbers. So that, no one can call back to them. I wasted my 2 hours of waiting. From that day, i never got a call from Ekart Logistics to collect my product. They returned my product to Flipkart seller. The service of Ekart Logistics is rubbish. Don't trust them & boycott Flipkart because they choosed a bad logistics partner. Amazon is far better than these cheaters.
