Kotak Mahindra Bank sent my courier on 27.4.2022,it returned due to incomplete address,I inquired the bank,they told that my mobile number is also written on packet, but the delivery personnel never bothered to contact me. And now it has been returned to its Mumbai office with the tag UNDELIVERED DUE TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESS. With Bluedart I have facebook many times the same problem.My suggestion to bluedart is that they should start deliver ing their courier through Amazon,Snapdeal or Flipkart because they always search and find the address of consignee with in minutes.My address is very clear and land mark is alsovery known and famous. I am suggestions the bank also to change their courier agency.
