Worst delivery service ever found on Earth. If you are feeling to surprise someone with a gift, this will ruin your relationship with this courier agent. It will be there in the same point which is around 1 km away from delivery point, they will deliver that after 3 days. When we contact the DC directly, they will say it will come to the delivery point in another half an hour or one hour and no need to come. Now they cannot give you as lot of packages needs to be delivered. I wish to give negative rating for this firm

Worst Courier Servic Ever A parcel from Banglore takes 10 days which is almost a next day delivery service with other couriers A parcel from Delhi takes 28 days which is 2 days delivery froma other courier services These guys never deliver your product and return it after wait period of 25-30 days without even informing you and mentioning the remark as customer denied to accept If we can find a word which is worser than worst then we can give this courier service even worst than that word If any ecommerce platform sends product through xpressbees You guys better cancel that order and book from some other site

D worst courier service in the world.. if you see any of your courier getting delivery by these people better cancel that order and mention them if they are ready to courier you by other courier services book else better o keep quiet..even if you go to courier service office they behave as if you are begging them something..all d crew in the courier is worst.. think there is guy who is one of d owner of it , his name starts with 'S' don't know even customer etiquettes to respond to customer who went there asking for his or her courier..when I went to there office I have seen four more people who came for there courier to all of them.. he behaved as if we went to ask for charity from him... Wish All there partners see this feedback and act accordingly

It's even waste to give the one star for their delivery services. It is the worst delivery service i have ever seen. The delivery executive will never deliver the courier and postpone the dates without even asking. Even after going to their hub for taking the parcel they just refused to give it and asked to raise a complaint. It's a worst experience with them every time.
