The people and manager managing the blue dart office is making free salary by not delivering the package and marking then either as wrong address or delivery attempted. They know that it's us who is in need of the product and they just sit in their office and laughing about people, I have seen with my own eyes they enjoying things and saying "log khud aake le jayenge". SHAME ON YOU!!!

Worst experince I recieved my courier through blue dart as i was pregnant and i couldn’t make to go downstairs so i told the courier boy to come upstairs and handover me the courier to halfway itself but he refused and didn’t even bother to ask if there is some problem and he showed his arrogant face and told me that he is not allowed to come up as it was only stairs and even i was not allowing him to enter my house.This is how they treat there customers.Very Very bad

Pathetic service of Yamunanagar,kaniya sahib chowk branch of bluedart...they are not serious about their jobs and image of bluedart both...online status showing address is incorrect and attempted 2 times but when I went to there office to collect they are saying the delivery boy was new...what a rubbish excuse they are giving to customers...my package was a bank shipment but they know this thing also that is more serious.
