Very rude staff. My parcel had arrived at their shop on Saturday and it was not delivered to my address till Tuesday. On Tuesday, I have called them 3-4 times, gave them tracking number still no one confirmed that parcel has arrived. When checking online, status was "out for delivery". I had to finally go their shop and when asked for parcel, staff was very rude and their behaviour was "your parcel, your responsibility". If there was option of 0 star for ratings, I would have given that. I will never use BlueDart for that shipments in future.
