This is not correct location. Correct location - sbs function hall. Worst service ever. They didn't even bring courier to delivery address nor even give a call and mark the status as incomplete address and will send the courier back. Happened with my credit card. When I saw the status as incomplete address , i immediately rushed to the courier office. When I asked for the courier, they provided it and their answer was that just to mark some status they mentioned as incomplete address. So reckless answer .no responsibility at all .

There is no way to contact this service. The number provided on the location pin in Google maps doesn't work, which says how efficient this service is. My courier has reached Ongole 4 days back and yet there is no delivery done neither was i able to contact these people. Very disappointing

Firstly Google address is wrong. It's on the ground floor of SVS kalayanamadapam, near Central Cafe, Court Street. And then delivery executive didn't make any call but records showed it did. Even if in case, not able to connect, address is very clearly written. I have to physically reach location to collect my post. This is very disappointing agency considering an international company like Bluedart. Need to ramp up proper and timely service to customers. Else what's the point of charging high costs? Indian post is better than this.

They are not delierying to villages that's what going here. It's totl irresposible and negligenence, what if someone ordered medicines.
