'bluedart' always ask me to come their office, or they says they can't locate my location etc etc, they don't even call. don't do door step delivery. worst service. alway delay 5/6days. Receiver search the area to find out otherwise it will be back to sender. And higher management is not efficient enough to control or providing better service even after complaints

Blue dart Alipurduar is worst service provider in this area . He has opened his godown at his own home. Receiver have to visit the place for product and search the area to find out other wise it will be back to sender.
