When i came to the office location through google maps, its closed here and now people are saying that it has been shifted somewhere else. None of the customer service numbers are working. How am i supposed to go to there office now. Really pathetic and unprofessional behaviour of the people at BLUE DART who are looking after the operations here at Jhansi.

The delivery parter has refused to deliver the product after showing out for delivery. They made us uncomfortable. I am utterly disappointed by service and delivery partner. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any product delivery. They just told me that they can’t deliver my order in a very rudely manner. They are behaving like they doing me a favour or charity by coming to my address. They have completely denied the service.

The delivery person does not call and updates the wrong status on his own that consignee not availablele. Atleast the delivery person should call once while reaching the address. Very bad service and all people working there are all of same type. They do not update their number on Google so we cannot call and tell them the problem.

worst service..ever..no contact no given to contact teh agent...and i told him the agent not to come to my home but deliver the parcel to a place 10 m far from my home and i mentioned that in the address also..still he came to my home to give the parcel...not everybody wants parcel at their home for some reasons...i was ready to come at that address for the parcel

Not a good experience here . First of all they did not deliver my courier at my place, second i had to come here to take my courier twice in a day. They open very late at almost 12 pm. Nor they pick up ur call also. It is situated right below of yes bank nearby of elite chouraha.

They have transferred their shop to hotel tulsi and the bad thing is that they didn't put any notice on the old place so that people can reach to new location or atleast aware that the shop is shifted to somewhere else.
