Had a really bad experience with them. Was assured of the courier reaching Melbourne within 4-5 days but the timeframe turned out to be 12 days. Paid 7500 to send a small box which would get delivered 3 days after i myself arrive at Melbourne 🤦 Also, they typed the street & suburb details incorrectly into the system and when I asked them to correct (on the spot itself) they were lazy to do so and were like it's my guarantee that it shall get delivered. Moreover, anything that you send from this branch gets sent through the company Ushodaya enterprises so if you later want to deal with DHL's customer service (Ex: like to recall back a package) they wouldn't support you and ask you to reach out to the branch (as the sender is the company and not you in their system)

Blue dart eluru branch is worst branch. They didn't give proper service to customers. Even parcel received at local office, they didn't inform to customer and we can found in tracking, they have mentioned as customer is out of station or not available. No phone is working. If we call to delivery boy they also not lifted the phone. Worst worst worst worst worst worst and worst of infinity. But they charged thousands and thousands. Are they paid proper taxes to government as per they collected amount? Any one can see this matter.

Worst courier service. They don't collect fixed prices for fixed services. They said their minimum cost for courier is 950/- for the 400gms parcel. But postal department has sent the same parcel for 36/- to the destination.
