Worst customer service i have ever seen... Bcoz my shipment was returned without contact me. Blue dart person didn't try to reach me at given address. He was ask me to pick up the parcel 20KM from given address. The contacted person said to me, shipment will be deliverd next day to the given address. But the shipment was returned to Sender due to i was unreachable. Actually the blue dart person didn't try to reach given address.. That shipment is very urgent to me.. Already 6 days delayed.. The worst parcel service..

Great customer service and charges are comparatively low when compared to other blue dart branches especially when compared with Bhavani and Erode! The charges difference between them is significant one! You'll realise when you enquire them! The way Adithya handles his customer is very good!
