Bluedart Nagari does worst service. Whenever I get courier through bluedart it will be returned automatically without even reaching out. They just simply put undeliverable need landmark. Why the contact is provided just to connect and delivered right but they never make use of it.

Worst delivery, the delivery agent he is not attempted the delivery but he updated undelivered shipment or incorrect address. atleast don't even call the customer worst experience

Worst service. The delivery guy won’t even try calling and mentions consignee not available or landmark needed. It’s been more than five days since it said out for delivery and I haven’t got a single call from the delivery service but still getting messages saying I was not available. There is no way to connect to their customer care too. Always getting the reply of all network congested, whatever time I call in . Every other delivery service delivers with ease and on said time , some even before the promised date. They go above and beyond in their duty whereas these guys don’t even try to work. Really pathetic . Had there been an option of zero or negative rating I would gladly do so.

the delivery boy behaves worst he called me 3 times but he is not going to my home for delivery after i will cal for him for 4 times but he is not pick the cal next day i reacived sms from blue dart ur delivery attempt was unsuccesfull very worst experiance i have faced
