Blue dart should update their SOPs to include calling up the recipient on attempting a delivery before giving up. Also include allowing said recipients to pick up the delivery from their local office with valid identity proofs!

It was a good experience. The staff helped us with our doubts and later asked us to bring few items for packing ( thermacol, brown tape, etc). Once we got all the necessary items, they helped us in packing the items. The complete process was smooth and good.
