I have never seen such a bad courier service…… they did not call me or attempt to deliver my parcel and when i tracked my parcel on their website. It was showing that consignee refused to accept. I was waiting for my parcel whole day, why i would refuse it……. Moradabad team of blue dart is pathetic..

Seriously this Bluedart office staff has no common sense... don't know how they become staff. Abusive and Totally unprofessional staff... my parcel is in Bluedart office and Delivery boy is updating fake status "Holiday...will deliver Next working day" from Last 4 days.... specially Raajev Agarwal, Kapil and Shilpi these three Staff don't have common sense... how to talk with customers....

My tatacliq order arrived at the nearest hub, I was waiting for it to be delivered. They did not call me a single time, neither I got any kind of text and in the evening , I saw that I received a message that my order was attempted not delivered. Really very wrong! Then they said that there were address issue even if my address was very common and clear. My order has arrived 2 days before at their place yet I have not received.
