A courier was assigned for pickup from me to sent to company for replacement. You delivery agent called me in evening and asking to come to the place which was approximately 200 meters away from my home. I politely requested him to come to my doorstep as i was unable to move for some reasons. After that he started using abusive and unprofessional language. After that I asked him for number of authorities above him to complain them he started avoiding me. Pathetic service 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Pathetic courier service of Blue dart in Sitapur. Their delivery boys never deliver on the location. Instead of that they ask customer to collect from the location they are at or from their office. And they update fake status that incorrect consignee address or consignee not available without trying to attempt for delivery. I have complained several times but no improvement also they damaged my laptop once while sending the courier.

One of the best courier in sitapur. I don't know about other experiences but I have never faced any issues with bluedart till date and received dozens of parcel on time. The delivery person specially delivering in my locality (Munshiganj) is very nice and humble person. 5🌟 for his nice attitude.

Worst service in SITAPUR. Blue dart co. Plz change the owner of sitapur, if you really want to be in competition. since last 3 year, I am watching that if any co. Courior their goods with BluDart it always fails to deliver. They used to says to collect it from their office else they send back it to co., without informing the addressee, by showing it undelivered, wrong address, missed, deny to give money, forcely want to open the packet etc. Sitapur's Blue dart office only earning money of co.& customer 99% without working. Ohh God.....
