I received a wrong product from Flipkart through ecart, I already paid for this ,at the time of delivery, the courier boy didn't made the product delivered although he received payment and dropped the wrong product. These guys gives the worst service.. there staff is theif.. they steal the product.. they marked the product delivered without delivering it.. I missed a call from the delivery guy and he marked the product delivered.. it was a prepaid order from Flipkart.. i always gets delivery from Delhivery and Xpress bees and never had this kind of experience.. Ekart never care for the customer.. you can not even get in touch with their support.. their delivery guy marked product delivered without getting an OTP from customer.. So cheap.. I hope this company will b closed soon..
