But problem I faced was in the customer support section, the receptionist was doing proxy of another incharge, but i think that too will not harm their business because they are only who will provide you proper GST which was my basic need in the shipment

Ah, this one gave me a tough time, first, they had a document envelope for me from Mumbai, but said, they do not deliver to my pin code. Then, no one called me to check if I could pick myself. Then i got to know the package is at this office, so tried reaching their office in vyapar vihar, used google map to locate the office and i had spent an hour searching for it, its very wrongly mapped in Google Maps. So, better not to use maps for this, rather, ask ppl and reach there. Further, the staff there was also rude to not even consider checking if the parcel is still with them or had left the office back to mumbai, they simply said, it is diverted back to the Mumbai office. Thats it. Very poor experience
