Worst service ever. They never deliver your order at your home even if its 1 km away from their office. They never even bother to call you to inform. The same thing has happened multiple times with me. They should atleast stick to the standard of the name of bluedart. Feels as if its fake but sadly its the original “bluedart” which is giving such poor service in Una.

Worst ever service I have to go to their office to collect the order myself. I had an order from Nykaa which have BlueDart as their delivery partner. Order reached from Bangalore to Una(H.P.) in just 3 days but this branch kept on updating the same status of my order everyday continuously for 11 days in a row on their tracking link. Also tried contacting their customer service but no one helped. At last I left with no choice except walking to their office myself and collect my order. That's why we order online i guess.

Poorest service any courier can offer. I have received tracking details nd message from supplier that my materials have reached nd out for delivery on 17th but no call or message from company. Regretfully, I had to collect my order personally. This has happened for the third time in row. Worst service And icing on cake is that you don't know whom to complain. I don't know why companies choose such pathetic service providers. Mend your ways or day is not far when you will be out of business as this is fast changing world.

Very pathetic service. They will ask u to pick ur delivery packages. Staff is exlent with communication as they only hear you are coming to pick ur home delivery package. So better use daak ghar or any other courier service if u really want ur packages to deliver. Not worth a single penny. Even I'm wasting my net for posting about their service just to make sure no one else suffer the way we are suffering.

I would have given a zero star which is not possible. 1. The courier was not delivered at my home. I received a call to collect the courier from Blue dart office. 2. When I went to office and asked that why the courier was not delivered at the delivery address. The office staff behaved in very unprofessional and rough tone. And said we don't deliver in village. I just said that you had taken payment for home delivery or bluedart should have denied to receive the courier as it doesn't not provide services in village. Very phethatic and lathergic service from una office. Even the staff has no sense how to interact with customers. Although the bluedart is known for its services but in Una Himachal Pradesh it has a very dissatisfied and disappointing service. If administration read my post and they don't take any step to improve the service then I don't hesitate in saying that don't use the services of bluedart especially of Una Himachal Pradesh office. Am running a campaign on Twitter to make adminstration to look into services of their above mentioned branch.

Very poor service, should be zero star Worst outlet for Blue Dart - Una They NEVER deliver your parcel, this has happened to me 4 times in a row. Had to personally visit them to pick up the consignment. They always make excuses like: 1. Sir we called but you were not reachable, and we could not locate your house 2. Rejected my pickup request saying pincode is unserviceable... Even though their office and my house is same city, 1500 meters apart 3. Today is Holiday, Delivery On Next Business Day (even though there is no national/local holiday) For last one see the image i attached for proof. I called their help desk not nothing happened.

Extremely bad service of blue dart of nangal branch my parcel returned back two times and i have not received any call or message from blue dart after that i have visited branch and my parcel was only there and again they did not inform me on third attempt. After visiting there i told them my tracking id and they took half an hour for searching my parcel i kindly recomend people do not use this service and one more thing my parcel was immensely important that was documents and just because of their poor service i suffered alot.

Blue Dart company is very Good but this centre is very bad in services. They are ruining the reputation of BLUE DART. Many times they called and said "you courier is arrived. Please come to our office to collect the courier. They never provided the delivery of courier. This happened with my many friends too.
