They behave in such a way that the company has their delivery time too late. The delivery boy has a different level of attitude, they have a good ecom express, they also do fast delivery and do not care too.

this Ekart franchise services are totally worst. Lost of issues i have faced like- 1. They have my product but they don't deliver it. 2. They say we are not able to deliver the product if you want so you have to come to office and collect it. 3. They will extend your delivery date time. 4. They will cancel your order without informing you. 5. They will never call you if they have problems to deliver the product. 6. Sometime you will get message your product gonna be delivered today but you will not get it even they don't call you to apologize. 7. If you call them for delivery purpose query, they will say the delivery boy don't want to go to your place. 8. They don't have delivery boy. 9. This Ekart location is not katgi, the office location is gidhauri. I have complained to so many to Flipkart and ekart but they don't do any action on that. Don't take their services, they will give service only for sheorinarayan people, but if you are from near by sheorinarayan they won't deliver or cancel your product. Use Ecom express sheorinarayan service, they will give your delivery within time and they never make any excuse.
