My order of snapdeal was suppose to deliver on 07 sept 2022 but I have neither received any phone call nor message from their Ekart logistics but claim that delivery unsuccessful on 13 sept and 16 sept 2022 without any reason and their app WA chat is of useless and irresponsible. I have yet to receive my goods but unable to understand where and whom to contact.

My every order which is delivered by ekart shiprocket takes more than 6 days days from the expected delivery date. The item comes to visakhapatnam, stays here for 4 days without any delivery attempt, goes back to hyderabad and after a complaint is raised, will be sent back to Visakhapatnam, again stays for 2-5 days and then finally gets delivered

Rude behavior by the delivery executive. When Flipkart bought the policy of OTP after checking the parcel, that delivery executive literally denied to open & show the parcel rather forced us to share the OTP. Instead we recorded ut to keep our stand in case of deficiency. Even their management is really poor
