I have provided the same address used all the times before, but Ekart logistics have updated pin code mismatch while delivering the product and they have not contacted me also. They have returned the parcel without my consent. After a delay of two days and still not receiving the product I went directly to the Ekart office of my location, then they argued that I have provided the wrong address so they have returned the parcel. I received a parcel just a day before in the same address itself. This is a very bad service, as the address that I provided is the one that I use regularly, they haven't contacted me even once and have also returned the product without my consent and spoke rudely to me asking me to cancel the order. Please consider the undisciplined behaviour from Ekart officer of my location (Pollachi) and take any actions to avoid inconveniences in future orders. Thank you.
