Sir / Madam Sub: 151518970009794 Above consignment for a govt dept has not been delivered till 26.08.2022 (at 4 pm) Repeated request were made since 20.08.2022 (when the shipment reached Vijaywada) to deliver the consignment. Today your representative went to deliver material after keeping the parcel for last 7 days and that too after office hours!!! We had repeatedly raised the complain regarding delivery with your Kolkata representative . But they couldn’t help get it delivered for last so many days. Horrible courier service. could have delivered courier faster by walking to location from Kolkata!!

Not eligible for even a single star. Since 2014 I am shopping through e-commerce. I have never seen such a worst worst courtier service ever. Placed 3 orders in ajio on 18.9.22 one item delivered on 21.9.22 for remaining two they are playing games. Giving missed calls and giving feedback as customer not responding, customer not available to receive order, payment not successful.... And they returned back to ajio. Better to avoid while choosing a courrier service. Bad worse worst......

Very bed service When I place an order in ajio, I get something from Express Bees Courier, sometimes I receive the courier, but sometimes the courier does not receive the pin number, I get a message from the express witch company, but they do not respond. An introduction, there is a ringtone that says, "Come on." I am telling express couriers to take action without lifting the call at all

Very bad service product is out for delivery from 21st ie Friday till today nobody has contacted us but everyday evening I get a message that we are not available to take the product. Very unfortunate thing is inspite of giving feedback your office is not having control on delivery boys. I

I once got Myntra Return order assigned to these guys to pick the product up. No single soul called me. They told Myntra that they had attempted to pick it up twice but I was not available. Myntra cancelled the return request. Once again I requested to return the product. Same old freakin' story. By the time i placed 3rd return request, the return window was expired. I however got them to accept my return request. Again these lazy heads didn't bother to call me. So I had to go there, yell at them and handed that package over to them. Know the mind boggling part? They've told me that I didn't respond to their attempted calls!! Wanna know another one? The guy who was assigned to pick it up fired at me, said he had no idea regarding it, the first time I placed request. So I would recommend you guys to do the same. Go over to pick your orders up by yourselves. D*mb service guys have got another office in Nidamanuru, I think.
