There is definitely no problem when you are sending a parcel, it is timely delivered. But the pain of receiving one, the speed post is a lot better. In the very worst case, guys from speed post at least call you that your package has arrived and you can collect it from the the office as the delivery might be delayed. But you won't receive any call from the bluedart delivery guys, and they will just put the status as the consignee was not available and then you keep rescheduling your parcel and they will keep finding you not available, as surely they won't ever call you. This is certainly a pain, they are just so unapologetic and perhaps they don't try to understand what problem one may suffer because of this pathetic actions of theirs. One day delay is fine, but a parcel delayed by over 4-5 days is so appalling and unacceptable. This is just so disheartening, but a common thing from the perspective that no one cares about any others problems. People are not good to each other.
