There is one person who manages the godown and he feels like he is the king. He doesn't even check the product what customer is asking for and answers in a rude way. I have lost my prepaid order only because of him. Such a rude behaviour and attitude towards customers and fellow colleagues. Request Xpressbees to take necessary action against him.

Worst service ever they just send miss call and say you are not available after that no one will respond I lost prepaid because I shared OTP on call and that person never delivered my product

Never ever got call from delivery boy.. they simply send a msg that I'm not able to take the parcel.. and rejected to take my parcel. They always do this to me .. i hate their services

My ajio order was shipped through xpressbees. My order reached bhimavaram 4 days ago. They didn't even call me but since 4 days I have been receiving messages that the customer is not available to deliver the order. When I tried to contact CC Poor customer care service ever.

There are 3 orders which we suppose to receive but even after 15 days there is communication. Tried calling customer service there is no use. Reached the courier office only to know that it is being returned to seller. Never place a order which takes prefers Xpressbees a couriers service. It will never reach you.
