Really bad service. I had a parcel coming from Delhi to Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram. And it had arrived at the nearest service centre and then I don't know what happened they had sent my parcel back to kochi and when I called their customer service I had to wait for a long time to get connected. After getting connected they just told me they have reported my issue and I will get my parcel the next day and on the next day morning when it reached the nearby centre I called the customer support and told them that I will go there and pick it up and asked them to give me the address. When I reached the address they had given me there was no blue dart service center. And when I asked the locals they told me that blue dart have been moved to some other place. So I again called there support and then they told me that the package has been out for delivery which I haven't asked for. Then I asked them for the contact number of the delivery agent and they told me that they cannot give me the number. At first they told me that I will get it by 2:30pm and then they changed the time to 6:30 pm and then to 7:30pm and I had to wait until 9:40pm to get the parcel. Very bad service

I was confused about the location of the office. Google map direct me in the opposite direction and later found the exact location by asking a shopkeeper nearby. He said the location shown on the map was wrong. Apart from that, Staffs are helpful and tracking facility was outstanding.

Very horrible customer service.They never want to deliver the package. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE number at all. You cannot speak to anyone. You just have to keep waiting for their call for asking you to pick up your parcel by urself.. if you ask them to deliver they return the package saying that the customer was not available... PLEASE DO NOT USE this horrible service company. God knows how are they still in business...

Keeping up with its old tradition the blue dart ulloor branch has messed up again....Even after nearly 6 years after my utter horrific experience. They called my wife, and asked her to come and pick up her parcel. She said that I will come and pick the parcel up. So I travelled 150km from pathanamthitta and reached ulloor in the horrendous trivandrum traffic, with a blazing migraine. When I reached there, they had no idea of a parcel. After 10min they tracked it down. It was with the delivery boy, even after explicit instructions that I would come to pick it up. After which I circled trivandrum city twice to find him and get the delivery. Thank you Bluedart-DHL for yet another bad service. Lucky you there is on 0/5 star rating....Keep up the bad work, so that your service might close down and someone else worthy and hard working might get the service right.
