They lie about the product delivery date. They cut the call intentionally and told you that it cut automatically. Then they won't reach you a single time and will send you a message that we have tried to reach you but do not get any response, will try to reach you again next day. Customer eagerly wait for their product as per the commitment by eCommerce site, but some immature people make their experience bad. Very dissatisfied with their service. I faced this problem many times.
