The way blue dart provide service is ridiculous as i serviced my parcel in terrible condition plus when i asked questions to one of the employee of blue dart sriganganagar branch, employee name sandeep replied rudely and arrogantly. I don’t understand why company hired these kind of people who don’t know single thing about customer service.

Hi, I have got a notification from amazon on my order that a delivery guy tried to deliver my order but my address was incorrect or incomplete. So, I checked on my text messages & I found a message from blue dart where no delivery guy information was provided but a link to track & a national support number was there. So, I checked the link, same incorrect address status was there & tried to call the support number 39 times but it was either busy or not taking the IVR inputs. I found the number of my nearby bluedart office number on google & called them to ask what is the problem with my address & why the delivery guy did not call me. The girl on the other side said, your package is here & we will deliver it after 2 days. I asked- is there any problem with my address? I can give more address details to update so it can be easy to find. She said- I don't know & you can not ask for any update here. (ese nahi hota sir, apne aap aajayega jab aana hoga) I was so frustrated with that status update, thought they are trying to find my address. But these guys are so #Fraud, that they updated the status without any reason, without calling me, without anything. Anybody else except these frauds would surely call to confirm the address in a RURAL area or a Village, because there you cannot find street addresses or house numbers. There is not anything to get any type of information, even if my order will get canceled in front of me. They can do it, they are so insane. they can even mark your order delivered without delivering it... I don't know how is this company running its operations, but they should look at there reviews or company will die one day. POOR OPERATIONS, POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT, POOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT, BLUEDART COMPLAINT SERVICE NOT WORKING or so more... It was a bad day. if you are customer & reading this comment. Stay away from this company please.
