Worst service, shipment is not delivered. Already waited enough days, cancelled our pre-booked journey tickets. At last we ourself went directly to hub and taken our product. This is not the first time. Me & my friends have same experience with amalapuram blue dart hub. Just read all comments, they dont have delivery boy. Majority parcel are taken by customers by own or returning back.

Amalapuram bluedart service even didn't call on customer number and simply they will tell address not found and not located and return the items.they are too lazy to call the customer also. If you put that address in gmaps you can easily find it..Amalapuram is a small town and these people are unable to identify addresses. There is no delivery agents i guess..He is just simply sitting in office and marking all orders as address not found.worst service.

Just to send 3,4 paper documents within a same state they are charging 350rs. per courier. That is the minimum price they quoted to me. Highly disappointed with the pricing as other reputed courier service charged 120 RS. for the same.

Worst service. They dont know Amalapuram. I am supposed to receive courier. 2 times they mentioned 'not able to locate address'/no land mark and returned the courier. Useless people just put that in google maps and you will get that address. Or call the number on the courier to deliver the package. 0 attempts made. Finally when I go to store, they say system is down and they cannot give the package. this is the useless response from the store in amalapuram

Very worst customer service in amalapuram.Delivery boy is not at all responsive and had no job responsibility.. We didn't received our parcell but to my mobile a delivery message came.. We called him and asked about the delivery he is saying that our mobile was busy so he gave it to some one else and went.. Very very bad delivery by blue dart.

Amalapuram is small town and could not deliver the order due to unknown address.Even called to customer service to deliver the order but They also failed to deliver. If you want to deliver you can call us but they are so lazy to call to a customer and simply return the order without any response. Worst worst ever becoz the fasttag has been returned three times

Worst experience ever had :( People won't respond properly. Staff are not professional. Location is really bad and you can't ride a car to there. My priority order which was supposed to come on 1st may was reached destination on 4th of may. I used to reach Bluedart Amalapuram regularly to know the status and everytime, they used to give very vague and lazy reply and they didn't even check the waybill tracking. At the end of the day, after the product got reached their place in Amalapuram, they refused to deliver me on same date even after my repeated requests and told my concern that it's a PRIORITY ORDER. Most helpless and bad manners people. I really got shocked how these kind of people stay in any business!! I've never come across people of this attitude, impolite & rude to customers. They just took things for granted and I sincerely expect Bluedart to take proper action.!!
