Extremely bad service. First of all this address SH15 Dhanvanthari Nagar is wrong. Not even a number to contact them. I was lucky that a nearby shop owner told me the right adress which is at Ayyankali Road. My parcel reached their on 11 Jan as per the tracking system. Till 13th ie today afternoon, there was no communication from them and after reading the reviews I went myself to collect the order. The staffseemed to be so cool about it and told excuses like we only have few staffs. They didnot even apologize. They know that we will come to get the parcel on our own.

Worst delivery service..no phone number to contact....and the location given for this office in Google map is false...theres no office in that address.....no way to contact them..after reaching their hub the parcel is kept there for days..not bothered about customers concerns....and if u try asking another branch of Xpress bees in kochi they tell you they don't have any connections there and don't know when it will be delivered ..even if it's something urgently needed there's no way u will get it on time...always their delivery is delayed....what a pathetic courier service
