The number I call is busy. And the executive Arun from your company tells me he is in a nearby area if I can go myself and pick. His way of asking was rude and unprofessional. I had to ask him thrice as I couldn't believe he asked me come where he is and take the order. He hung up the phone also on me. Very disappointed with your brand name as it should be known for reliability and trust but not this.

These guys don't care about the customer satisfaction/blue dart's brand image. I have been waiting for the document for days and they held it reasoning they don't know the delivery address9. They didn't care to call me to get details of the address. I had to go to their place and they weren't sure where they placed it and had to wait and they didn't even acknowledge about all the trouble I had to go through and sat shameless there.
