Worst courier co. Delivery boys inspite of having mobile no. Never call up. Just update thier company that customer has gone out of station. I re scheduled the delivery twice but this delivery boys have stated that I am not available. I went to the office 15 kms away from my office. The courier was with them in the office. The staff called the delivery person in front of me and that guy sent me an OTP and then I had to collect the courier. The staff told me that the address was incomplete on their system and hence could not deliver. Address is very clearly written on the cover alongwith the mobile no. No body bothered to call me. My office is located on the highway and can be located quite easily. Blue Dart Management take care of the above.
