We ordered crokery items from Homecenter, Bangalore and waiting for its delivery. Someone called up from ekart, Puducherry hub and said it will get delivered next day. We were waiting as the traking showed it has reached Puducherry. To our dismay the next day the traking showed " customer reejected" and it was sent back to homecenter..😔😔😔😔

Delivery agent quoted I rejected the order for two times. I have been waiting for almost a week. Worsstttt!!!!! I called for ensuring, and he said, he will deliver within 2 hours. Now after 5 hours, i am notified I rejected. Worsttt worstttt worstttt delivery agency!

The very worst delivery service i have seen in my entire life... They won't be delivering the product on time.. If we are going there in person to collect the item, they will make us wait for atleast an hour.. I had a return request for a product and they never showed up, it keep rescheduling automatically... Even we go there to deliver the product they will be cheking the product and make us wait for a long time saying that we used the product, we made it a damaged piece.. The worst experience ever... Still don't know why calling it a delivery service if we are doing all the work..
