Very slow service.. i want to gift a special to my grand mother which is her last wish. Many times called Flipkart and Flipkart care told they have inform to ekart logistic and ekart is not delivering my product in time. M highly disappointment . My product is in Hyd now and they r not delivering me .

Estimated 16thAugust. Didn’t call me and kept status as customer wants to reschedule. Again 20th august out for delivery, I called him and requested to deliver he told ok. But again this guy didn’t call me and kept customer wants to reschedule. Today Again out fir delivery, I tried calling delivery guy with pin but no luck nobody lifting call. The worst service. No customer care number provided anywhere, used contact us option, but no one responded.

Very bad service. My parcel is stuck since more than a week. No one from the delivery side calls and enquires about location but we receive a sms stating that address mismatch and provides a link to update. Sic. Even on website they don't have a contact number or toll free customer care number. Seriously need to look into this issue. I'm still not able to retrieve my parcel and have told the seller to recall and reship with different delivery agent.
