I have ordered a mobile in Flipkart, it was reached to ekart logistics vijayawada on 25th and they said we recieved the package but we lost it in our hands. They can't find the package from 3 days. They harshly saying that we lost it.

Ekart is even not worth 1 star.. such a worst and shamless courier service. My product was recieved at my location 15 days ago, but still no person of this worst ekart service contacted me or attempted the delivery to my address. Instead of that they mentioned the reason that address mismatch without even attempting the delivery, and sent my product back. Such a shameless courier service I have ever seen in my life..
