Worst experience, still now my parcel is not delivered. Daily am getting the message saying parcel will be delivered today. But by the end of the day they will say customer was not available and not able to deliver today( Fake reason). It’s a prepaid product also. There is no contact number to the office to complain about this. I don’t want to give even this one star to the service provider. If there is an option like zero or below than than I wish to give that only to you.

Worst service by Xpressbee . Even their head office address is not true . Two office was there one is in Mahalakshmi nagar main road and another is in vishwasnagar . No one is taking responsibility. My parcel was missed by them and they unable to found it. They simply saying kindly make return as we are not able to find the parcel . Even this response was given by them only after I personally visited the office. In phone no response by the staff Manikandan . Don’t ever believe Xpressbee .
