Rating from my side is zero (0), its not in the option so giving it in writing. Ekart agents and whole system here in Muzaffarnagar is waste. Not picking call is there constitutional right. Just recently they damaged the product and did not delivered the same. They even do not updated the status of shipment and because of this flipkart was also in tension as they were not able to cancel the order and not even me. Ekart simply keep shipment with them neither delivering it and nor cancelling it. Pathetic.

Very poor behaviour of delivery agents here I am going to attach some photos how they fool us . I am waiting for courier pick up from last three days . Today delivery agent is not answering the phone only one-time answered the phone and said I will be there within a hour .

Location is not what is mentioned.. It is moved next to Balaji Dham.. God knows when they will edit it. Space is good, parking OK, friendly staff.. Although my order got lost from them 😅
