We have visited this place to collect our passport after stamping by US consulate. Earlier they use to deliver the article after showing proper ID especially Aadhaar. Now they have changed the procedure and said that the article will be delivered to the addressee at the address given on the article and not across the counter..We returned home and received the article at our home address after paying Rs.650 towards premium delivery charges which are on high side.

Service is poor,delay in delivery will be thrown on customs delay,they will charge at delivery point saying customs and import charges, Recently to my cousin booked parcel charged 7600 and again at delivery they have charged 4800. Cheating people like this. FedEx, Indian postal services, Dtdc international are better choices unnecessary I booked it in DHL .
