Yet I'm didn't get my order product but showing delivered.why

I had a very bad experience with Xpress Bees. My product has reached VIZIANAGARAM on 6th Jan 2022 and till today i.e., 09th Jan 2022, they did not deliver my product. Inspite of me informing them that i would travel on 09th Jan 2022, they were least worried. Interesting thing is that, the delivery guy has called me in the afternoon and said that he would deliver my product in another 10 mins. Then in the evening he called me back and said to confirm my name. And now when I check the status of my product with my security, it was not delivered. I called the delivery guy regarding the same, he says it was not possible today so he will deliver it tomorrow. In the afternoon itself i have informed him that I would be travelling today, for which he replied that he would get it delivered. But it didn't happen. This is shameful.

This is the filthiest courier service in entire india and it is not that i am saying simply it is after lot of bad experiences i had with this worst courier service i am posting this review . They don't deliever your shipments even after one week they have reached their delivery center. They don't bother to listen to thr customer complaints.
