Update 19.06.2023: I am revising the star rating from one to four. They have delivered the parcel upon my representation to their head office. I insist the head office to keep monitoring all its child branches. I come to know that some of the remote offices are being operated by youngsters as their part time work. Nothing wrong in that. But they should act responsibly. I expect that Blue dart will maintain good service in the future.
