Only give them your stuff to be shipped when you have infinite time.! The owner would keep saying that the courier has reached destination hub but the reality would simply be that the stuff is kept in his office itself! Prefer some other genuine courier service. I have attached the proof image for the courier's status as on 28th Feb which was given to him on 20th Feb and he started saying that the courier has reached Bangalore on 24th itself.
