They don't deliver on time and update online status of shipment as 'address not found/landmark needed'. I had to go to their office to pick my shipment rather than them delivering it. I got a call from them 2 days after original delivery date and they asked me to come to their office to pick the shipment. The guy also stated that they can only deliver the shipment a day after if i could not come. They have very friendly and nice staff though.

The location given on google is wrong, by following the given location you reach somewhere in jungle. The OFFICE of DHL BLUEDART SARKAGHAT is nearly 600m away from Sarkaghat Bus Stand on Sarkaghat Jahu main road. The staff is good!
