Company is good but the people working in this company are the worst in the world. They have no sense of professionalism. They never bothered to deliver your parcel on time. I don't know why most of the banks working with bluedart while they are not able to deliver parcels in small towns and villages. This is my third time when I got the same issue. If they are not able to make the delivery, they should call customers directly but they never. And if you tried to approach them somehow and ask them the reason, they threaten you to return your parcel. Every time I got any item from bluedart they dropped it somewhere and ask me to collect from there. Absolutely the worst service i have ever seen in my life.
