The delivery is ultra fast,it uses airway also,the only wrong thing is the delivery man don't call to your number under any circumstances (I had a experiences)and cheat like you didn't picked the call when we call to you,the only solution is,with tracking information provided by courier's website and Amazon go to office and get the parcel.

Used bluedart to return my watch ordered through Amazon. But they didn't delivered it. Without trying to deliver they marked as consignee refused to accept. Return is within the date and seller was cloudtail india. I have contacted seller but they said we didn't get any return try from bluedart. And cloudtail welcome returns. Bluedart charged me 200. Now return date also closed. I have to get the watch to titan warranty. Waste courier. Govt speed post is better. Don't go with Bluedart.

Never send your luggage with this courier. They won't do home delivery of your parcel. Instead they will ask your recipients to pick-up from the delivery courier since they were all busy in office works. And also they are claiming as there don't have any transportation facility to deliver your appliances. Just purchased refrigerator of size 190L and 35 kg. And they are unable to ship that refrigerator to home and asking the recipient to take from the courier office which is 15 Km away. Never go for this parcel service
