Very poor courier service provided. A delivery boy named Satinder Kumar from Bluedart came with a courier of mine. I was in an office meeting when he called me and did not pick up his call. Satender Kumar did not come to my home address and updated the status of my courier as Undeliverable as I did not pick up his call. When I called him back and asked why he didn't go to my house, he says that I can't go to everyone's house, you have to come near the main road to pick up your courier.

One of the best courier service ,I have seen, I post my document through BLUE DART and speed post on same day And believe BLUE DART reach 2 day before speed post, So ,I recommend you to courier with BLUE DART if you want your goods reach before time, but there is one problem that you have to pay 3time money to BLUE DART as compared to speed post. Thanks

I am not satisfied totally with the services of Blue Dart Couriers services. Delivery boys are not too active and helpful towards the customer. Also the organisational structure of Muzaffarnagar branch is not also good. I never get solutions for my queries. I never recommend to take Blue Dart services.
