I ordered things from Flipkart the delevery person not came to my house he called me in the road which is faraway from my house I request him bring to my door he said I can't bring there if u want come and collect otherwise cancelled the order. Flipkart's couriers for Technopark arrives here. You can collect your Flipkart courier from there if you will not be available to collect it on the delivery date. Ekart's product handling at busy time like after Big Billion days should improve. I collected my laptop from there and the packing case was torn. I don't know where it happened, but fortunately the laptop was safe inside.

Ekart has delivered the things on time but eventhough they keep calling all time.. nd if could attend the call on time.. it will be our duty to go nd get the stuff from the hub.. the could have done better job if they could have called and after attending the call schedule the time of delivery nd bring the product on that time to the customer who may or may not be at that at that time.. so that heor she could arrange someone at that place to get that thing from the delivery boy..
