I thought Flipkart has the worst customer service ever & only they can fool the customers but these people are the one who can actually give competition to Flipkart in terms of foolings customers! Delivery is always delayed literally FRAUD people & their delivery boy's number are also switched off! Aakhir isko bhi toh Flipkart hi own karta hai so no wonder this is also so PATHETIC!

For my product it is showing me it is out of deleivery and i have not received my order yet and no body has come to deleivered my product as i have clearly mentioned my details but nobody even bothered to call me and i have been informed that ekart fellow tried contacting to me where i have not even receieved any call from their end when it is showing that my product is out for deleivery. I am very much disappointed with ekart service.

I have complaint against our employee ekart courier boy. I have received delivery message today with time your order delivered between 11:30am to 3:30pm i have call to given number he is say to me i m delivered your order after 5 pm. I tell them but i have received message from ekart team order received between 11:30 am to 3:30pm. Executive abused me (meri maa or bahen par gaali diya bolta hai order nhi milega fir phone cut kar diya) i have attach screenshot of message. If i suspect fake i complaint in consumer helpline.

Visited yesterday. Head of the office is a nice person.I suggest you to not communicate with staff, directly contact with head. The hub located in ramchandra lane Malad West. Not a crowded place you can collect your parcel directly from there also if you are not available to pickup your order they will courier the product to your nearest hub. Overall experience is good.

Guy's never ever try to contact them from reviews contact number they all are scammer. (((They asked your tracking ID and ask you that product is postpaid or Cash on delivery then they say you to download anydesk app and then they control your phone.🤨))). I personally went to the Malad Ekart godown and they said me. We never give you contact number sir because everything related to your product are already given you at online only and we update online only.. The staff are very good and very nice.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ((If you guy's are really need to contact them. Then go and visit to godown this is the only one solution..)) Today I face this situation and I know what is anydesk app Do! and they failed to scam on me😑. SO NEVER GET FOOL GUY BE SMART BE SAFE.. I don't want to you guys are loosing your product which you buy after doing a hard work..😕👍🏼
