Very irresponsible one delivery boy in Ekart cheated me he delivered broken parcel nd product also damaged. Again I call nd ask he's knows bcoz of his fault product damaged but he delivered me. Easly he's telling return that parcel but that product is no- return option amount is loss. Froad delivery person.

They almost never come n deliver the products to the location. They call us cribbing that they are waiting in the road and ask us to go n collect it from them from far away. I haven’t received my orders that I ordered 2 months back and idk if thats been stolen or they forgot their responsibility to deliver but I received the message that its been delivered when they didn’t. I had a replacement order where they had to pick up my order which they didn’t even bother to come to the location or at least call but they shamelessly sent the message saying that the item pick up has been rejected because the item is damaged. I mean atleast have the responsibility to come or call before you decide everything by yourself and give wrong information. I’ve been behind this for almost 2 months now with no solution still. I just lost my money and loosing my patience and energy.

Worst service ever. Before delivery: They don't try to deliver on time even though the item is lying around for days and there is no way of contacting them except to directly go to the hub. I made calls to customer service on each day it is late for delivery, and the customer service people always tend to give the address of ekart hub expecting me to pick my order from there, rather than contacting ekart and providing me the status, or at least provide me the contact information of the hub. After expected delivery date: When the delivery is missed on the expected date, they updated that it is postponed because customer asked them. But the reality is that they won't contact you because they never attempted to deliver the order. The expected delivery date changed to two days after the original date. But nothing happened by the new date as well. And they stopped updating anything on the app. I was completely blinded not knowing what is happenning with my order. I tagged Flipkart support on twitter and informed them my issue. They called everyday for 3 days saying that they are thankful for my patience, but they never tried to push my order delivery. During delivery: After around one week of hassle, delivery person called me and said he was outside my building. I was across the street and the phone I was supposed to exchange was with me. I asked him to wait for 5mins and it took me exactly 5mins to reach home and they were not there. When I called, they told me to come somewhere 3km from my house where they are unloading the orders from a minitruck. It seemed like they never came to my house. If I had told them that I was home when they called, then they would have actually come. After delivery: I recieved calls from social media team of Flipkart asking me to provide feedback. But I doubt that they care, because they didn't do anything to make feel that way. All they did was to drag it until the order is delivered from the lazy logistics team. I could not find a way to provide feedback explicitely for delivery/social media/customer support.

DO NOT call the ekart numbers given here in the ratings. The people with numbers are frauds trying to loot your money. They have all your order details and act like they are flipkart customercare. Don't share any order details, pins, and dont install any app that they will ask you. +917908201302 THIS IS A FRAUDULENT NUMBER. Please be careful. FLIPKART is leaking customers details. please note this scammers immediately.
